1. What information we process
We process information needed to quote, book and operate a transfer, such as name, email, phone/WhatsApp, route, pickup time, passenger and luggage counts, optional flight information, requested child equipment, notes, payment status and booking history.
2. Why we use it
We use booking information to provide quotations, create and manage reservations, process payments, communicate trip updates, assign drivers, handle customer requests, prevent abuse, maintain service records and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
3. Payment information
Online payments are processed by our payment provider. Europe Pickup receives transaction identifiers and payment status but is not intended to receive or store the customer’s complete card number.
4. Who may receive booking data
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with the assigned driver or transport partner, payment processor, hosting/email providers and routing/geocoding providers. A driver receives the trip and contact information needed to perform the service.
5. Retention and security
Booking records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service, dispute handling, accounting and legal obligations. We use access controls and server-side booking tokens to reduce unauthorized access to customer booking information.
6. Cookies and local storage
The current booking website uses essential browser storage for functionality such as language preference and local booking continuity. No advertising or marketing-cookie system is enabled by default. If analytics or marketing technologies are added later, the notice and consent mechanism must be updated before activation.
7. Your privacy rights
Where the GDPR or similar privacy law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate claims.
