Enter the address you will actually use
Start with Prague and Kraków in the calculator, then replace the general city destination with the full hotel, apartment or station address. Include the building number and check that the selected suggestion is in the correct country. Kraków, Krakow and Cracow refer to the same Polish city, but a similarly named hotel or street can be somewhere else.
Ask the accommodation which entrance a sedan or minivan can reach and where short unloading is permitted. Historic streets and pedestrian areas may require a nearby meeting point. A map pin on a building does not guarantee that the vehicle can stop at its front door.
For an apartment, confirm key collection and a contact who will answer at the expected arrival time. If the room will not be ready, arrange luggage storage with the property rather than assuming the driver can retain the bags after the transfer.
Plan the departure around the full travel day
Choose the Prague pickup time from the appointment, check-in or train connection that matters at the destination. Allow for loading, traffic, a reasonable comfort break, unloading and the final walk from the legal stopping point. The route estimate is a planning aid, not a guaranteed arrival time.
If you are continuing by train, use the exact Kraków station shown on the ticket and check the operator's current timetable. Leave time to find the platform and board with luggage. A separately booked rail connection is not protected by a road-transfer booking.
For a pickup after a flight or train, send the service number and agree when you expect to be ready outside. The scheduled arrival time and the vehicle pickup time are different details; contact Europe Pickup if a delay changes the agreed plan.
Keep comfort breaks and sightseeing stops separate
A short roadside comfort break is not the same as a visit to Olomouc, Štramberk, Kutná Hora or another attraction. If you want sightseeing, select or request the stop before payment, state how long you need outside the vehicle and review the recalculated itinerary and total.
Admission tickets, opening hours and a local guide are not included merely because a place appears as a possible route stop. Check the venue directly for your date. Do not build the journey around an unconfirmed timed entry.
The Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial requires especially careful independent planning and respectful time allowances. Confirm the visit arrangements with the official memorial before requesting transport around them; a direct Prague–Kraków transfer does not automatically include a memorial visit.
Check the official Auschwitz-Birkenau visitor information →Choose the vehicle from passengers and luggage
Enter every traveller, including children, and list large suitcases, cabin bags and folded strollers separately. A sedan is offered for up to three passengers and a minivan for up to eight per vehicle, subject to luggage capacity. Empty seats do not create unlimited boot space.
Request child seats before confirming and describe oversized equipment, mobility aids or unusually large cases. If the group needs more than one vehicle, review the total number of cars and complete group price before payment.
Keep passports, medication, chargers and documents needed at the border or during breaks in a small accessible bag. The main luggage may not be reachable without safely unloading the vehicle.
Check sedan and minivan luggage planning →Check the booking before payment
Review the direction, date, local pickup time, full addresses, selected stops, visit duration, passengers, bags and vehicle count on the final screen. Compare the total for the whole party rather than a per-seat public-transport fare.
If the booking offers a 50/50 payment option, distinguish the online payment from the remaining balance for that same journey. Save the confirmation and use a telephone number with the correct country code.
Changing the pickup city, destination, date or planned stop after confirmation can change the route and price. Ask for a confirmed update instead of relying on a message that has not been accepted.
Calculate Kraków to Prague as a separate journey
For the reverse direction, start with the complete Kraków pickup address and enter the actual Prague hotel, station or airport destination. Add the return date and local pickup time, then check the offered vehicle and final price again.
Do not treat an outbound quote as a return reservation or assume that the same vehicle waits during your stay. If Prague Airport is the destination, provide the flight information and work backwards from the airline's recommended airport arrival time.
Use the live calculator below for your own addresses. If a precise meeting point or proposed stop is not available, contact Europe Pickup before paying so the journey can be checked.
