Begin with people, then count the bags
Count every traveller, including infants. The booking flow offers a sedan for up to three passengers and a minivan for up to eight per vehicle. Those are passenger limits, not a promise that any amount of luggage will also fit.
Enter large suitcases, hand luggage and strollers separately. A sedan accepts up to three passengers, two large suitcases and two hand-luggage items. If any of these limits is exceeded, choose a minivan. Strollers also count toward the overall luggage load. A minivan allows ten calculated luggage units per vehicle.
Understand when a second minivan is needed
The calculator checks both people and calculated luggage load. Nine passengers require more than one eight-passenger minivan even if they bring no bags. A smaller party with excessive luggage can also require an additional vehicle.
For example, six travellers with six large cases and six hand-luggage items use 7.5 calculated units before strollers. Adding one folded stroller makes 8.5 units, within the ten-unit calculation. This is a booking rule, not a measurement of every bag: unusually bulky items still need confirmation.
Request child equipment independently of luggage
Select infant carriers, child seats and boosters in the additional-equipment fields. Each currently adds €10. Tell us the children’s ages and confirm the equipment is appropriate; seating requirements should not be inferred from the luggage calculation.
A stroller does not currently add a separate fixed fee, but it counts toward luggage capacity. Do not interpret “no stroller fee” as unlimited free space. If equipment changes the required number of vehicles, the transport total changes too.
Compare equal journeys and the whole vehicle total
Use the same pickup and destination, date, local time, stops and return arrangement when comparing vehicles. Prague Airport and Prague city are different endpoints with different tariff rules. A night departure can also change the transport price.
Divide the final booking total by the number of passengers only for your own comparison with per-seat alternatives. Include requested extras and any additional vehicle. A partial online deposit is not the full fare and should not be compared with another provider’s full-trip price.
Send unusual requirements before confirming
Give the provider dimensions for bulky sports equipment, large mobility aids or oversized cases. Ask whether equipment must be folded and confirm the meeting point if the group cannot walk far. The standard online categories cannot establish every physical fit or accessibility requirement.
Before payment, review the vehicle count and the passenger, luggage and equipment selections. Keep a contact number with a country code available. If the group or luggage changes, ask for a revised arrangement before pickup rather than relying on spare space.
