Use a complete destination, not only the city name
Start with České Budějovice in the calculator, then replace the general city destination with the full hotel, apartment or station address. Check the selected suggestion carefully: the Czech spelling includes accents, while Budweis is the German name for the same city.
For accommodation near the historic centre, ask the property which entrance a vehicle can reach and whether the final section is pedestrian-only. A hotel name can have more than one entrance, and an apartment pin does not prove that stopping is permitted directly outside the door.
If reception opens later than your expected arrival, confirm luggage storage or key collection with the property. A private transfer ends at the agreed reachable address; early check-in and luggage storage are separate arrangements.
Protect a train connection with an arrival buffer
When continuing by rail, select České Budějovice railway station as the destination and provide the scheduled departure. Plan time for unloading, finding the correct platform and boarding. A driving estimate is not a guarantee that a train connection will be held.
For a pickup after a train arrival, share the train number and the time you expect to be ready outside the station. The scheduled arrival and the vehicle pickup time are different details. Contact Europe Pickup if a delay changes the agreed plan rather than assuming the pickup will move automatically.

Hluboká nad Vltavou can be planned as a separate stop on a South Bohemia journey when the booking flow offers it for the selected route. Choose the stop before payment and check the recalculated route, visit duration and final price. Do not ask the driver to add a sightseeing visit after departure without a confirmed change.
Castle opening arrangements, admission and guided visits are controlled by the attraction. Check the official visitor information for your date and allow time to walk between the legal vehicle stop and the entrance. Transport does not automatically include admission or a local guide.
If your main goal is the castle rather than České Budějovice, compare the dedicated Prague–Hluboká route instead of building an unnecessary city detour. One clearly planned destination is often more reliable than several short, rushed stops.
