What the €35 daytime sedan price covers
For a standard daytime journey between Václav Havel Airport Prague and a confirmed Prague address, Europe Pickup's sedan price starts at €35 for up to three passengers. The booking form shows the exact vehicle price before checkout.
The service includes flight monitoring and 60 minutes of airport waiting. Enter the flight number and complete destination address so the pickup can be matched to the correct arrival and route.
When the price can change
- A minivan or additional vehicle is needed when the passenger or luggage count does not fit a sedan.
- Night, late-hour, extra-waiting or out-of-city journeys can have a different price.
- Child seats, oversized luggage and intermediate stops must be selected before the final quote.
- The displayed total is for the selected vehicle, not a per-person fare.
Fixed transfer, taxi meter or app ride?
A meter or app estimate can be suitable when the traveller is comfortable arranging transport after landing. A pre-booked fixed transfer is easier to compare when travelling with children, several suitcases, a late arrival or a group that needs one confirmed vehicle.
Compare the final conditions rather than only the headline price: waiting time after a delayed flight, vehicle capacity, cancellation terms and the exact payment plan can matter more than a small difference in the first number shown.
Payment and cancellation
Europe Pickup lets travellers pay a 50% deposit online and the remaining 50% according to the booking confirmation. A 100% refund is available when the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
