Count every traveller, including infants
Enter adults and children in the passenger total. Tell us the ages of children who need restraint equipment and select the relevant infant carrier, child seat or booster request. Ask for confirmation of suitability rather than selecting equipment from age alone when height or weight matters.
Do not plan to carry a child without an allocated passenger place. If the group exceeds one vehicle’s capacity, review the number of vehicles in the quote and decide how adults and children will travel together.
A stroller and a suitcase use different fields
Count each large suitcase, hand-luggage item and stroller in its own booking field. Describe the stroller’s folded dimensions if it is bulky. The vehicle selection considers luggage as well as passenger numbers; spare passenger seats do not necessarily solve a boot-space problem.
Keep documents, medication and things needed during the drive in a small accessible bag. Tell the provider about unusually large equipment before payment. Do not assume that an item omitted from the quote will fit when the car arrives.
Agree breaks without turning them into surprise stops
If you expect a feeding or comfort break, discuss it when planning the journey. A short practical break and a sightseeing visit of an hour or more are different requests. State your intended stop and time so the route and quote can reflect it.
A route through several destinations can take longer than a direct drive even if each individual stop seems short. Consider the children’s routine and the time you can enter your accommodation. Avoid promising a precise arrival based only on the driving estimate.
Use the right Wrocław address and entrance
Wrocław may appear as Wroclaw without Polish characters in booking systems. Check the city, street and building number in the selected address suggestion. An old-town landmark is useful orientation, but it may not be the point a car can reach.
Ask the hotel or apartment host for vehicle access instructions. If a short walk is required, consider the whole party’s bags and stroller. Arrange the return from the same confirmed reachable point or explicitly agree a different pickup location.
Check the final price with all family extras
The final calculator total includes the route and the extras you selected. Child restraint requests currently add €10 per item; a stroller has no separate item fee in the pricing engine but can affect the vehicle capacity needed. Use the final quote for your actual journey.
Check the local pickup time: the night surcharge runs from 19:00 until 07:00. If you select a deposit, the amount paid now is only part of the full trip price. Keep the remaining balance visible in your plans and retain the confirmation.
