A hotel arrival, a train connection and an exhibition visit need different pickup plans. Start with your actual destination in Nuremberg, then choose a vehicle and departure time around the people and bags travelling.

A hotel name is not always a usable drop-off point

Copy the full address from your accommodation confirmation. If you are staying in the old town, ask the property which entrance a vehicle can reach and whether the last part requires walking. Do not assume that a pin placed on a pedestrian street is a confirmed car access point.

Share access instructions before departure, especially if the group includes someone who cannot walk far. For an apartment, agree who will meet you and when keys become available. An early drop-off does not include luggage storage or early check-in.

Protect a train connection or event appointment

When continuing by train, enter the station rather than a general Nuremberg city destination. Keep the departure time separate from the requested vehicle arrival: unloading, finding the platform and boarding take time. A road journey estimate does not guarantee a rail connection.

For a trade fair or business meeting, request the visitor entrance from your host. A venue name may cover several gates. Include the hall or reception details as booking notes and leave a buffer for traffic and on-site walking.

Compare the full vehicle price for your group

Our calculator prices the selected vehicle arrangement. Divide the final total by your actual passenger count only when comparing it with per-person alternatives. Check that both alternatives cover the same endpoints and luggage. A low price for one seat is not the price of a private car for the whole group.

Choose a sedan for up to three passengers or a minivan for up to eight, subject to baggage capacity. Count large suitcases, hand luggage and strollers separately. If a second vehicle is needed, compare the complete quote rather than the first vehicle alone.

Keep a direct transfer and sightseeing separate

A direct Prague–Nuremberg booking takes you between the selected addresses. If you want a visit along the way, select or request it before confirming the fare. State how long you intend to stay, whether you need attraction admission, and when you must arrive at the final address.

Time outside the car is part of the itinerary. Tickets and a local guide are not automatically included. If you prefer to visit independently after arrival, book transport to your accommodation and make the sightseeing arrangements separately.

Confirm the return as its own plan

For Nuremberg to Prague, reverse the addresses and specify the return date and local pickup time. An overnight stay and a same-day return can produce different prices. Do not infer a return fare from an outbound screenshot.

Before paying, review the final total, selected payment plan, child-seat requests and contact number including country code. Save the confirmation so you can refer to the agreed route if travel arrangements change.
